Dialer resumes paused music in Browser after call ends

The problem

Steps to reproduce

• Play anything (video/sound) in browser. I played videoclips on YouTube.com
• Pause playing music manually.
• Make or receive a call. It does not have to be a full call with established connection. Just dial a number and stop the call after a dial tone.

What is the current behavior?

The music/video in Browser starts to play.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The ended call shall not resume playing on manually paused music.

Note: The Dialer can stop other sounds and playing music, when a call is made. The resuming playing music is a wished and correct behaviour.
