OTA update notifications don't work on /e/-Q?

Summary
Since I move to /e/ on OP7, I don't remember having noticed any notification about new /e/ version availability. So maybe we have a bug here.
The problem
Steps to reproduce
Wait for an OTA update availability, wait for a notification to happen.
For me it seems that notifications never show up. Yesterday (June 12th) I looked in the updater to check about 0.17 availablity on OP7 and I was surprised to see it was available since May 29th (D+13)
I didn't notice the 0.16 either.
I checked that check for OTA update is set to daily.
What is the expected correct behavior?
We expect a notification on the device in the 48 hours after the OTA update is available.
However, maybe I just missed it on screen since I got quite a few notifications and I'm pretty busy but usually I notice them.
