Google Camera and LineageOS camera don't work on FP3

When installing Google Camera (com.google.android.GoogleCamera) from the Apps app and Lineage Camera (org.lineageos.snap) from APKmirror (Android 10+ version) and trying to launch both, they immediately crash with a dialog saying "Camera repeatedly closed" ("Kamera wiederholt wiederholt beendet").

Other third-party camera apps work such as Simple Camera.
