Proton Calendar app needs update to at least 0.19.1 on the /e/ market to be usable again

Summary
The current version of the Proton Calendar app is 0.19.0 and it can't be used anymore. It seems there is a new version 0.19.1 (available since 19 April 2021) which has a big change that makes it impossible to use the previous version.
The problem
Steps to reproduce
Open the Proton Calendar app, it is unusable.
What is the current behavior?
When opening the app, it shows an error message and a notification message and the application can't be used:
Error: "Update required: This version of the app is no longer supported, please upgrade to continue using it"
Notification: "Can not find market application installed on the device. Please go to the store and update the application"
NOTE: I also tried to clear the application cache and re-enter my login information but I get the same error message to the above and can't even login anymore.
What is the expected correct behavior?
We should be able to use the app.

Workaround
Use the web browser version at https://calendar.protonmail.com from the mobile phone, but it is obviously not ideal.
Possible fixes
Update the application on the market to at least 0.19.1
