Files lost (music) after phone reset

Summary
At some point after flashing the phone or removing and adding again an /e/ account, files in the Music directory disappear, although folders are still there.
The problem
Steps to reproduce
It is hard to tell which step exactly caused the issue but I installed /e/ multiple times on multiple phones using the same account. Also a nextcloud client was used both on the phone and on Windows. Never deleted any music file, but files are now gone, although I see a folder is still there.

ecloud should be check if at some point it deletes files from the cloud if an account without synchronized files is set on a new/same phone
