Apps: unable to install "Clash Royale" ("Install" button comes back after 0.5 s)

Summary

When you press "Install", it quickly shows the download bar but 0.5 second later the "Install" button is back.

When we look in Files > Downloads, each time we click on "Install" i adds a file that isn't a .apk file.
