BlissLauncher uses memory even if not used

We would like to avoid BlissLauncher to use memory if a user choose another launcher
Description
What is the current behavior?
A user reported that BlissLauncher is using 140MB memory, despite he is using Trebuchet (tested on a GS290)

What is the improved behavior?
If the user choose another launcher, BlissLauncher memory usage should be null or very low
What does it bring?
Avoid to waste memory usage
