What is the current behavior?

What is the improved behavior?

1. Remove Region from the selector and table: all fields are the same, so not useful. The intent here was to show if some models were specifically made for a region or more. As we don't have that info, let's remove for now.
2. Move dev, stable and buy column after the Model(s) column
3. Move the beta info next to the OS version
4. Release should become 'Release Year' and we adjust all fields to year only
