Remove install/build links

Summary

We would like to replace the install/build links shown for each device

Description

What is the current behavior?

We show a install/build link for all devices

What is the improved behavior?

1. The device name is a link to its device info page
2. The Install/build link is replace by the new dev and stable column (see #2886 (closed))

What does it bring?

We save some space and improve readability
