Allow move/copy/duplicate a contact in Contacts from an account to an account.

Description

Who will use the new feature?

Users with multiple accounts in Contacts. Also who mistakenly add a contact to a different account than intended originally.

What is the target of the new feature for this user?

Move/copy a contact entry from an account to an account.

Correction of mistakenly placed new contact into a different account than intended is troublesome. The user cannot export a contact. The user can share a contact on some cloud drive and than import it. Delete the old one.

Why this user would like to use this feature?

Accounts in Contacts may be intended to keep distinct and unique

The user saved a number/email to new contact under a wrong account. The user wishes to relocate/move the contact to a different account.
