v0.15 update with wrong label/no label in the system updater

Summary

• Once an update is appearing in the system updater the update should be labelled correctly, in the present case /e/OS 0.15-q. Whereas in the present case it is only named /e/OS (IMG-1), so the user does not know what version exactly he/she will install
• Once the update is downloading, the version is being indicated (IMG-2, IMG-3) unfortunately it is named 0.14 instead.
• Once the update is installed the correct version naming is applied (IMG-4)
