Priority Only mode keeps turning itself on (Do Not Disturb or DND)

For an unknown reason, the phone constantly enters DND: Priority Only mode (+). As in dozens of times per day...

The problem

Steps to Reproduce

I can't work out any relationship to any feature, except that I've never noticed it whilst I am using the phone. A period of no use /might/ be involved (in the order of minutes). I have ensured that automatic DND rules are disabled. No joy. I have also deleted the DND rules. No joy. I had never created any DND rules or used the feature.

Priority only mode is nearly always on when I look at the phone

It is left as I set it
