Weblate too restrictive in lengh limit of translated string

About this German translation, the translators can't finish his translation caused by the 100 characters limit.

What is the current behavior?

Weblate limit the string at 100 characters.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Being able to properly translate this string

It seems the problem is caused by a Weblate default settings or a bug

From the Weblate documentation, we learn that translated string can't be more than ten times longer than source string.

It appears that for plural here, the source string is singular used to calculate the max length it singular.
