e.foundation website - no. of smartphones with /e/ differs from one subpage to another

It is just a detail: but when e.foundation is advertising the no of phones that run /e/ this number should be coherent across its web presence.

• on the device page (https://doc.e.foundation/devices/) the number is counted with currently 118.
• the counter on the "get-started" page (https://e.foundation/get-started/) only counts 111 phones.

If a number is mentioned somewhere on the website, the reference where this total number is taken from should ideally always be the same.
