Camera always in landscape mode even if the phone is in portrait mode

Summary
The Camera app is always in landscape mode, meaning that:
- when the phone is in portrait mode, in order to pull the notification center you have to pull from the right to the left and not from the top to the bottom.
- Furthermore when you click on the Home button, since Camera is in landscape mode and Bliss Launcher is in portrait mode, there is a ugly animation.
This issue comes from Open Camera.

You can see all of this in the video below. For your information since Camera is in landscape mode the video is rotated when I'm in Camera but of course during all the recording my phone was in portrait mode.
