Dialer App crashes when I make a phone call

The problem

Steps to reproduce Make a phone call What is the current behavior? The app crashes but the phone call remains in the background. so for example, if I use it with car bluetooth, I can hang up from the car. But once on the phone, even without bluetooth, the app crashes but the call works in the background. the other person I am calling to, has to hang up.

Also, the app dialer works until I press the button "call"

What is the expected correct behavior? I should see the Dialer app
