/e/ OS 0.13-2020120989402 update killed GPS function on LG-H850

Summary

I update /e/ on my LG-H850 to 0.13-2020120989402 and it broke the GPS and location determination. Magic maps, Waze, Weather and GPStest cannot determine GPS position. Everything under the GPS settings is ON (high accuracy, or I can switch to other settings), but the GPS is not working on any app. I checked permissions and location is ON under the permissions for all the apps I enabled it.
