Unable to create a new e account

Following the Account creation invitation to https://welcome.ecloud.global/XXXXXXXX I am unable to create a new account.
The problem
Steps to recreate the problem: Go to https://e.foundation/e-email-invite/ and submit your email address. An email will be sent with an invitation link. Click the invitation link in the email and complete the details (Display name, username etc.) Click the "Go!" button
What is the current behavior? Nothing further happens after the "Go!" button has been clicked. The word Go is replaced with "..." in the button. An email is not sent. No notifications are presented to the user about whether the account was created successfully.
What is the expected correct behavior? User is notified if a new username needs to be proposed User is notified if the account is created user is emailed the details of the new account
