Nougat PWA icons looks shifted

Summary

PWA icons on nougat looks shifted instead of being centered.

Steps to reproduce

Add a PWA (Quiet Weather for example) from Apps and it will be shown a bit shifted in Launcher.

What is the current behavior?

PWA shortcut icon is shifted.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Icon should be centered.
