microG doesn't detect as installed

Summary

microG Exposure Notification version not always detected as installed after intallation

The problem

Steps to reproduce

1. In Apps, open Categories tab
2. Look for System apps
3. For microG Exposure Notification version, tap Install

What is the current behavior?

Sometime, it seems the installation fails. As after the install, it shows again the Install button

What is the expected correct behavior?

Show the Open button to confirm the installation worked well

Workaround

It appears the the installation worked, as if I go under Settings > System > microG, I can confirm I have the microG Exposure Notification version.

To confirm, I reboot the device. And this time, in Apps > Categories > System apps, there is an Open button next to microG Exposure Notification version.
