MMS can't be sent and received without mobile data on /e/OS (MMS lost)

• /e/ version and device models: it affects at least 3 FP3+ on the latest version of /e/OS

Summary

In order to receive an MMS, mobile data must be activated prior to the sending of the MMS. Otherwise, a notification is shown (see below) asking to activate mobile data but the MMS isn't received if they are activated.
