No sound when making a call

Summary

When i get called or make a call (no matter if phone call, threema call or wire call) i dont hear the other person and the other person doesnt hear me... i get a notification sound for new messages and i hear the sound when playing a video in a browser tab...

Cant hear other person and other person doesnt hear me when making or getting a call... not matter if phonecall threemacall or wirecall
