Not able to upgrade from an /e/ version to the next one on Q

Summary

Currently we are not able to apply an update OTA between 2 different /e/ version

The problem

Steps to reproduce

1. Use a Q device
2. Install v0.12
3. Publish a v0.13 update

What is the current behavior?

You don't see the v0.13 update in the Updater app

What is the expected correct behavior?

You see the newer update with another /e/ version
