Sharing with NFC is not working

The problem

Steps to reproduce

1. Install /e/ Q
2. Take a picture
3. Open the picture in the gallery
4. Put the device front to front with another device with NFC enabled
5. Tap the image on the sender

What is the current behavior?

Beaming starts but eventually there is a "Beam did not complete" notification

What is the expected correct behavior?

Beam completed and image is received on the target device.
