Cannot send a video using Messages application

Summary
[Reported by Laurent H., confirmed by Gaël] Sending a video doesn't work in Messages.
The problem
Go to Messages, add a video from gallery. The video shows up as thumbail. Then you send it, it displays "Sending..." The recipient gets an incoming message notification, but the message is empty (no video)
The video never shows up in the sender message thread.
What is the current behavior?
Videos don't go through Messages app.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Users should be able to send a video through Messages app.
