Double entries of applications in Apps?

Summary

When searching for applications, I came across a misbehaviour of Apps Store: The application "Element (Riot.im)" appears twice in the search query (see screenshots 1 and 2).

1. When trying to install the upper of the 2 "Element (Riot.im)" apps, the progress bar was appearing on both "Element" apps (see screenshot).
2. When I tried to reproduce the same behaviour some minutes later, "Element (Riot.im)" appeared again twice. Whereas, when trying to install it I had the progress bar appearing on both "Element (Riot.im)" apps plus a third one in parallel. The third one was named with a similar name "Elementary". I waited to let the install process finish - only "Element (Riot.im)" was installed on my device (a single time of course).
3. Apart from the mentioned app, I was only able to reproduce a bit a similar behaviour with a Solitaire app (again similar app names). Pls find the screenshot below as well.

Device: FP3 OS: 0.11-p A similar behaviour I could observe on another device too (Beryllium, 0.12-p)

I made a fresh installation on my Beryllium device recently, at that time I installed 0.10-p and did not face similar behaviours at all.
