Adding the auto call recording feature option, in the dialer application

I have observed in other ROMs derived from LineageOS, that their dialer application has the auto call recording feature.

Description

Who will use the new feature?

Sometimes you can't write down the important information you are given over the phone, either because you have no place/how to write down that information, or because your hands are busy (driving, holding something, special gloves, handling delicate products, etc...).

What is the target of the new feature for this user?

Being able to set in the dialer application, that calls are automatically recorded would be a great advantage.

Why this user would like to use this feature?

You could receive information over the phone, without worrying about forgetting it under any circumstances, because you could listen to the conversations later, and write down what you consider appropriate.
