Encryption on kccat6 going into infinite reboot loop

Summary

After a fresh install of /e/ on Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, the phone encryption process goes into an endless reboot loop that only power off can stop.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install e-0.11-p-2020091473413-dev-kccat6.zip on Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus with the documented process.
  2. After the first boot on /e/, ask for the phone encryption in the parameters
  3. Wait for the encryption to start

What is the current behavior?

The phone reboots in normal mode, the Samsung Galaxy S5 logo appears, then the /e/ logo does during 1 or 2 seconds before it reboots over and over.

The only way to get the phone work again is to reformat the phone, then reinstall /e/ completely from the TWRP recovery boot.

I tried the action suggested elsewhere in such case but for other phones (TWRP > Wipe > Advanced Wipe > select Data > Resize or Repair File System > Resize File System on the data partition), but it just changes nothing.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The phone reboots in normal mode, and the encryption process begins.

Technical informations

No log available, as the phone cannot boot until reformat/reinstall. If anyone can indicate how I can extract some logs in such case... you're welcome!
