Allow users to customise status bar
Summary
v0-12 changed the status bar to «improve readability » and I can't see the most useful things anymore: bluetooth device battery, Wi-Fi / Mobile data, whether I have notification or not, because the cell carrier name — which is really useless: I know who is my cell carrier and I don't need to see it everytime — is shown and takes the whole space.
It reminds me that on Resurrection Remix, you can completely customise status bar, and it would let users the choice. E.g. for battery (https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/backlog/-/issues/1877), you could enable or disable battery icon, battery percentage…

Because he can make the status bar cool (logo stuff on resurrection remix for example, but it's not really important)
