Revert #1080 `Hide notification icons from the top screen bar`

What is the current behavior?

In the lastest release, since issue #1080 (closed) is implemented, notifications are not shown in the status bar.

What is the improved behavior?

Notifications should be shown in the status bar.

This a standard functionality, available in every phone I have ever owned. Removing it makes the phone worse. If some users don't like it, then it could/should be made optional, configurable via the status bar settings.

What does it bring?

I use this functionality every day. I believe many others do too. I cannot see a reason to take it away
