There is probably something to do in appfilter from BlissIconPack.

What is strange is that in the manifest, it's still the same Radio app which is used (here). This app has still the same package name than on previous android version (com.android.fmradio, see here)

But when in logcats, when I start the Radio app on Android Q, it's the package name com.caf.fmradio which appears.
