Make the complete /e/ build the default one

Following Possibility to build a device without some apps released with v0.11,
Description
What is the current behavior?
By default, if builder forget to set MINIMAL_APPS, he will get a build without some default apps.
What is the improved behavior?
MINIMAL_APPS set to false by default in /e/ source code
What does it bring?
By default, the build include all our default apps
