The problem

Steps to reproduce

The error occurs without any noticeable user activity.

What is the current behavior?

about two to three times a week, the device cannot be woken from its sleep mode. The only thing that helps is a "hard restart" by pressing and holding the power button.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should be possible to activate the device from sleep mode at any time using the fingerprint sensor or the power button.
