/e/ Apps store: Can't open the most apps in the Apps store with /e/ test image

  • When it started to occur: Since the installed 0.11 /e/ version
  • Reproducible with the last /e/ version: Yes

Summary

  • I'm a test user of the /e/ image and installed the latest /e/ version 0.11.1-p-2020082169047-test-FP3 via the Updater.
  • I think since the /e/ version 0.11 the most apps in the /e/ Apps store aren't accessible anymore.
  • When the app will be opened the message "Something went wrong! Please try again later" appears.
  • The device is unusable
  • The bug is the source of a data loss or a big waste of time
  • The bug concerns a third-party application

The problem

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open "Settings"
  2. Open "Apps & notifications"
  3. Open "Apps"
  4. Open "Storage"
  5. Tap on "CLEAR STORAGE" and confirm.
  6. Open the /e/ "Apps" app.
  7. Select a app to display.

  1. The error "Something went wrong! Please try again later" will be displayed but not with all apps.
  2. No app description and no screenshots will be displayed. The most of the screen is white.
  3. The app preview closes afterwards.
