Delete "suggested apps" feature in Apps

Summary

In Apps, I receive suggestions for apps I clearly have no interest in - a Russian app, a Chinese app, a Vietnamese casino app etc - and most of them have a 0 out of 10 privacy rating.

Please delete the "suggested apps" feature.
