Improve information about multimedia link, in GitLab generated email, about an Issue containing such a link

- Reproducible with the last /e/ version: non applicable
- Reproducible with LineageOS: non applicable
Summary
I receive emails on my e.email account about issues and their evolution from GitLab.
When the issue contains a video, the email contains the link to the video (in blue underlined) but nothing indicates the type of data associated to the link.
When viewing the issue in GitLab, this is obvious it is a video (for instance in issue #1476 (closed)), because the video is presented enmbeded in the page.
For the following issue (#1476 (closed)), in the email, the link has the text "gpsbug" but nothing tells us it correspond to a video untill the link is activated.

Validation
The validation must be done with an email reader (for instance with ecloud.gobal and an e.email account);
the email must be associated to a GitLab account on https://gitlab.e.foundation;
the GitLab account must be registered to receive notifications from a project in the GitLab web-server and
an issue must be created after this registration with a video or another multimedia content (for instance a sound record file, or a screenshot).
