Change the red color for top and bottom bars when battery saver mode is on

Summary
I find that the red color is ugly when the battery saver is on. I remember Gael said something like this when arguing for the badge on apps icons was set to green instead of red. Could we change the color to something else (light green maybe) ? Or provide on option to disable the color change when battery saver is on ?
