Add the option to import settings on the first screen when no account is set
Summary
Before changing phone or factory reset their phone, a user can export the settings and account they had in /e/OS Mail. However when they open /e/OS Mail for the first time on their new phone/reset phone they have no possibility to import their settings and accounts on the first screen. We need to add that possibility.
Description
What is the current behavior?
To be able to import settings, the user first needs to successfully log into an account to be able to access the settings and the option to import settings.
What is the improved behavior?
On the first screen that is displayed when there is no account set in /e/OS Mail, there is an option called Import settings. When the user taps on it, they're sent to the screen that enables them to import saved settings.
What does it bring?
Better user experience as the user can import all settings right from the start instead of adding an account then importing settings then deleting the account that appear twice if it was in the import.
