No Sound - Call with Wire and Threema

Summary
<When I call a contact with Threema or Wire, my contact doesn´t hear me. I hear my contact perfecty! All permissions are given... Both Apps worked fine with FP3 Android (Pie). No Bluetooth Headset, WiFi Connection is perfect. I contacted Threema Support, we tried a lot of diffrent settings - nothing worked. Since I have the same Problem with the Wire-Messanger it is likley to be a Bug in the OS>
