HTC 10 not suppored (OEM unlocking disabled)

Dear /e/ team, I just bought a used HTC 10 to install /e/, as this phone was shown in the list of supported devices. Unfortunately, the OEM unlocking option is disabled, even after wiping the cache and a hard factory reset. Here are the phone details (Settings -> About -> Phone identity):

  • Phone name: HTC 10
  • Model number HTC 10
  • IMEI 354261071509525
  • IMEI SV: 01
  • Device serial number: HT684BN00651 (also shown when executing fastoot devices) Maybe you can be more specific what you mean by "Codename" in your list of supported devices. For the HTC 10 the Codename "pme" is mentioned.
