File synchronisation is not working completely

Summary: I went to sync, only some of my files went back to my phone.NONE of my previous personal installed apps reinstalled.My contacts, only SOME of them installed back.

The problem: Synching issues.

Steps to reproduce

1. Fresh flash.
2. Use a previously used e. account with files, etc. already saved to account.

What is the current behavior? After manually downloading files via browser (zip file), the sync is ok now.

What is the expected correct behavior? Sync all files, contacts, and re-install personal apps on a fresh/re-install of the e OS.
