Missing components for a lot of languages in WebLate

The English section of WebLate has 28 components.

Let's start with officially supported languages :

• Dutch : 28
• French : 28
• German : 28
• Polish : 28
• Spanish : 27 (android_packages_apps_Backgrounds)

Now the most speaking languages (English wiki & French wiki) :

• Chinese (Simplified) : 25
• Chinese (Traditional) : 22
• Hindi : 12
• Arabic : 19
• Bengali : 8
• Portuguese : 11
• Russian : 27 (BlissLauncher)
• Japanese : 24
• ...
• Italian : 27 (GmsCore)
• Etc.

Would be better to make every component available for every language.
