Warn people before syncing automatically their files to the cloud

When an /e/ account is setup at first boot of a fresh installed /e/ phone, every files are synced to the ecloud without warning the user.

Since a lot of people don't go directly to Settings > Accounts > /e/ just after a setup, a lot of people aren't aware of the synchronization being processed in the background.

It can leads to mobile data consumption, and of course on sending files on a server you don't want to.

I think the best thing to do is to add an "on/off" button about the synchronization when an account is setup on first boot (and even after) when an /e/ account is added.

Topics about it here and here.
