Some Quick Settings buttons do not work as they are supposed to

• /e/ version: Pie test build
• Device model: Beryllium
• When it started to occur: with Pie test build
• Reproducible with the last /e/ version: discovered on the Pie Test build
• Reproducible with LineageOS: don't know

Some Quick Settings buttons do not work as they are supposed to

• The device is unusable
• The bug is the source of a data loss or a big waste of time
• The bug concerns a third party app
• The bug concerns security
• The bug concerns privacy
• just a bug/annoyance

The problem

In the Quick Settings menu there are optional buttons for directly accessing Notes, Tasks etc. I haven't discovered those buttons when I was testing other Pie versions (non-e) in the past, so I am not sure how the correct behavior is looking like.

But the current behavior of those Quick Setting buttons does not make sense to me.

Notes: Pressing short: Error message, Repeatedly app closed. App-Info/Close. Tasks: Pressing short: Nothing happens.

What's the same for all mentioned apps: The Quick Settings Pull Down Menu remains open (does not make sense in this context) as it requires extra manipulation until the user can start acting.
